Terms & Conditions

Our terms & conditions are purposefully simple

1) Please note that - like most events out there - our tickets are non-refundable.

2) However, we are able to help with reschedules requested no later than 48 hours in advance of your booked show date & time - please email customerservices@gigantic.com to request these. 

3) Please note that any unacceptable and / or noisy behaviour during the sound experience that is found to be impacting the experience of other ticket holders may result in you being asked to leave

4) Lastly, and most importantly, we can't let you in if you're late, and are unable to refund you if you miss the start time.  We'll of course do our best to get you into a later show if there happen to be a later show on the same date with availability, but we can't promise this. 

So do consider adding the insurance - provided by a third party on the next stage of the booking - if you'd like to have cover in the event of travel emergencies and sickness and so on.
